Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users in their use of Translator Pro (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the PDF translation and related services provided by Translator Pro.
- "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Account" means the unique identification information created by a user for using the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and amendment of these Terms)
- These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or notified to users.
- The service provider may amend these Terms when necessary, within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
- When these Terms are amended, the service provider will announce the changes within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
- The service provider provides the following services:
- PDF document translation service
- Translation history management
- Project management features
- Other services determined by the service provider
- The Service is, in principle, provided 24 hours a day year-round, but may be temporarily interrupted for system maintenance or similar reasons.
Article 5 (User obligations)
- Users must not engage in the following actions:
- Misappropriation of others' information
- Interference with service operations
- Uploading content that infringes copyright
- Use of the Service for illegal purposes
- Users must manage their account information securely and immediately notify the service provider if their account is used without authorization.
Article 6 (Intellectual property rights)
- Copyright and intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the service provider.
- Copyright in content uploaded by users belongs to the respective user, who must hold lawful rights to the content.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The service provider is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or service outages of telecommunications providers.
- The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy of AI translations, and the user is responsible for the use of translation results.
Article 8 (Dispute resolution)
Any disputes regarding use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the service provider and the user. If consultation fails, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms are effective from March 8, 2026.
